I hereby make an application for lease for the above described premises and services, on the terms above specified and in a form to be prepared by Fischer O Hara Grace Residences. A $25.00 non-refundable application-processing fee for reviewing my application. I understand that if my application is accepted, the holding fee will be applied to my security deposit. However, if I voluntarily cancel my application and deliver written notification thereof to Fischer O Hara Grace Residences after 10 days, I will forfeit the holding fee as liquidated damages. I understand that the $25.00 application-processing fee is non-refundable.
As an inducement to Fischer O Hara Grace Residences to accept this application, I warrant that all statements above set forth are true and complete. I hereby consent to allow Fischer O Hara Grace Residences, through its designated agents and its employees to obtain and verify my information for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease an apartment to me. I hereby consent to allow Fischer O Hara Grace Residences, through its designated agents and its employees to obtain and verify if I have been involved in any sexual offense by performing a sex offender search check for the purpose of determining whether or not to lease an apartment to me. I understand that should I lease an apartment, Fischer O Hara Grace Residences, and its agents shall have a continuing right to review my rental application, payment history, and occupancy history for account review purposes and for improving application methods. It is my responsibility to ensure that Fischer O Hara Grace Residences receives proper verification within 5 business days of the Application Date listed above. If I fail to do so, the application will be terminated and the application holding fee will be retained by Fischer O Hara Grace Residences as liquidated damages. If my application is accepted by Fischer O Hara Grace Residences and a lease is delivered to me for execution on the above terms in the form prepared by Fischer O Hara Grace Residences, I shall sign and deliver it back to Fischer O Hara Grace Residences, by said move-in date, the application deposit made herewith is to be retained by Fischer O Hara Grace Residences as liquidated damages, and there shall be no further liability on the part of the owner, agent, or the undersigned in respect to said proposed lease or application. Falsification of information related to this application is grounds for denial. This application shall not be binding upon the owner until it has been signed and executed by an agent for Fischer O Hara Grace Residences. The delivery of a lease to the undersigned for signature shall not be construed as acceptance of this application nor shall said lease to the undersigned for signature shall not be construed as acceptance of this application nor shall said lease be binding upon the owner or agent for Fischer O Hara Grace Residences until it has been signed and executed on behalf of the owner and a copy of the lease delivered to the undersigned.
